Online Returns Policy
Orders purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receipt by post to our online warehouse or at any Perri Cutten boutique. Perri Cutten Online purchases cannot be returned to a David Jones store.
Returning Online Orders by Post
- Online purchases can be returned by post for a digital return card or refund.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless deemed faulty upon assessment.
- If you would like an exchange, please head into any one of our boutique stores.
To return your item(s) by post, please complete the Returns Form that you received with your original purchase. If you no longer have the form, you can download it here to print it off.
- Enclose the Returns Form with the item(s) in a securely packaged parcel. Make sure the sender’s address and Online Returns address provided below are clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.
- Please note that customers are responsible for postage and Perri Cutten is not liable for the loss of returns in transit.
- In-store purchases cannot be returned to the below address and must be returned to a Perri Cutten boutique.

- There is a $10 flat shipping fee for orders below $299.
- Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $20 Australia wide.
