Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope that you love your recent purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your item(s), you can return the item(s) to our online warehouse for a refund or exchange, or to any of our boutique stores for a refund, exchange, or return gift card, provided they meet the conditions below.
 

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Item(s) are returned within 14 days of purchase in-store or 14 days of receipt for online orders.
  • International orders must be returned by post within 30 days of receipt.
  • The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the original tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase must be included with your returned items.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless deemed faulty upon assessment. FINAL SALE items are clearly marked on the website at checkout if purchased online and on the receipt if purchased in-store.
  • If you feel you may have received a faulty item please contact us.
    Perri Cutten purchases made at David Jones cannot be returned to our online warehouse or our boutiques.

 

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

  • Australian orders purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receipt through our online portal or to any Perri Cutten boutique.
  • International orders can only be returned by post within 30 days of receipt. Please complete the Returns From that you received with your original purchase. If you no longer have your form you can download here
  • If you feel you may have received a faulty item, please contact us.

 

SUBMIT YOUR RETURN ONLINE

We offer easy returns for Australian orders purchased online through our return partner Refundid. To lodge your return, simply click the ‘START YOUR RETURN’ button above. 

Instant Size Exchange:
Exchange your item for a different size and your replacement order will be created as soon as you submit your return. The item(s) will be shipped to you via standard post. If you've opted for an Instant Exchange, there'll be a $10 postage charge on the return label, but we'll take care of the postage cost for the delivery of the new item(s) to you.  Learn more.

 Instant Refund:
Receive an instant refund for your online purchase through our returns partner, Refundid (not available on Final Sale, gift card purchases or faulty items). You may choose to use our return postage label at a cost of $10. This will be deducted from your refund amount. Alternatively, you can provide your own postage label. Learn more.

 Standard Refund:
If you prefer to return your item(s) using the online portal without creating a Refundid account, we will assess and process your return within 7 days of receiving it. 

Benefits of lodging your standard return using the online portal:

  • We can provide you with a ready-made return postage label which you can print off from home at a cost of $10.
  • You’ll be able to track the parcel in transit.

STANDARD ONLINE RETURNS BY POST

  • If you’d prefer not to lodge your online return through our online portal, you can still send it back to us by printing off a physical Returns Form and filling it out.
  • To download and print the Returns Form, click here. Once you’ve filled in the form, put it inside the parcel with your item(s) and take it to your nearest post office to arrange for postage to our returns address.
  • Please note, we cannot facilitate online exchanges unless you submit an Instant Exchange through the online portal or visit one of our boutiques.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless deemed faulty upon assessment.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for postage and Perri Cutten is not liable for any loss of returned parcels in transit.
  • Please note that it may take up to 7 days for your returns to be assessed and processed from the day the parcel is received at our online warehouse.

RETURNING ONLINE ORDERS IN-STORE

  • If you would prefer to return your online order to your local Perri Cutten boutique, please ensure your return adheres to our return conditions above.
  • Online purchases can be returned to a store for an exchange, return voucher, or refund.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless deemed faulty upon assessment.
  • Online purchases can be exchanged at any of our Perri Cutten Boutiques.  We cannot guarantee that the desired exchange product is available in-store.
  • All refunds must be issued back to the original account and method of purchase.
     

IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY

  • Purchases made in-store can be returned within 14 days of purchase to any Perri Cutten boutique.
  • Please ensure your return adheres to our return conditions above.
  • Full-priced items can be returned in-store for an exchange, return voucher, or refund.
  • Items that are considered temporary markdowns, temporary promotions, or sale can be returned in-store for an exchange or return voucher only. These items are not eligible for a refund. We encourage you to try the item(s) in-store to ensure you are happy with it prior to purchase.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless deemed faulty upon assessment. You will be advised at the time of purchase and there will also be a note on the receipt.
  • Purchases made in-store cannot be posted back to our online warehouse to process the return.

 
AFTERPAY PURCHASES

As per Afterpay's policy, online orders purchased using Afterpay can only be returned to the online warehouse for a full refund back to your Afterpay account. Afterpay orders do not qualify for a return voucher and cannot be returned in-store or exchanged.
 

DAVID JONES

Purchases made at any David Jones Concession Store or David Jones Online must be returned to the original place of purchase in line with David Jones's returns policy. 
 

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe you have received faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, please get in touch with us. If the item was purchased in-store, we recommend heading back into the store for your garment(s) to be assessed. If the item was purchased online, please email info@perricutten.com.au with the details and photos, if available.

If the item is deemed faulty upon inspection of the photos, we will arrange for free postage for the garment(s) to be returned to us. If you require more information about this process, please contact our Customer Service team.

Submit your standard return and we will assess and process it within seven days of receipt at our warehouse.
