Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Perri Cutten We hope that you love your recent purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a refund or returns card as long as the item(s) meet the below conditions. We will accept your return within 14 days of purchase for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders.

Returns Conditions

  • Item(s) are returned within 14 days of purchase in-store or 14 days of receipt for online orders.
  • The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the original tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase must be included with your returned items.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless deemed faulty upon assessment. FINAL SALE items are clearly marked on the website at checkout if purchased online and on the receipt if purchased in-store.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Orders purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receipt by post to our online warehouse or at any Perri Cutten boutique. Perri Cutten Online purchases cannot be returned to a David Jones store.

Returning Online Orders by Post

  • Online purchases can be returned by post for a digital return card or refund.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless deemed faulty upon assessment.
  • If you would like an exchange, please visit any of our boutique stores.
  • To return your item(s) by post, please complete the Returns Form that you received with your original purchase. If you no longer have the form, you can download it here to print it off.
  • Enclose the Returns Form with the item(s) in a securely packaged parcel. Make sure the sender’s address and Online Returns address provided below are clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for postage and Perri Cutten is not liable for the loss of returns in transit.
  • In-store purchases cannot be returned to the below address and must be returned to a Perri Cutten boutique.
  • Please note that it may take up to three weeks for returns to be processed from the day the parcel is received at our online warehouse.

Returning Online Orders to a Store

  • If you would prefer to return your online order to your local Perri Cutten boutique, please ensure your return adheres to our return conditions above.
  • Online purchases can be returned to a store for an exchange, return card, or refund.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless deemed faulty upon assessment.
  • Online purchases can be exchanged in-store only at Perri Cutten Boutiques and cannot be facilitated by our online warehouse. We cannot guarantee that the desired exchange product is available in-store.
  • All refunds must be issued back to the original account and method of purchase.


IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY

  • Purchases made in-store can be returned within 14 days of purchase to any Perri Cutten boutique. Please ensure your return adheres to our return conditions above.
  • Full-priced items can be returned in-store for an exchange, returns card, or refund.
  • Items that are considered temporary markdowns, temporary promotions, or clearance sale can be returned in-store for an exchange or returns voucher only. These items are not eligible for a refund. We encourage you to try the item(s) in-store to ensure you are happy with it prior to purchase.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless deemed faulty upon assessment. You will be advised at the time of purchase and there will also be a note on the receipt.
  • Purchases made in-store cannot be posted back to our online warehouse to process the return.


RETURN CARD

You may choose a return card instead of a refund. This return card is valid for 12 months and can be redeemed in-store or online.
For online purchases that are returned to our online warehouse, you will receive an email with a digital return card number and a four-digit pin, which can be entered at the checkout when shopping online. To redeem in-store, simply present the digital return card to a Perri Cutten team member to redeem it against your in-store purchase.
For in-store returns, you will receive a physical returns card with a four-digit pin that can be redeemed in-store or online.
If you paid for your order using a digital gift card and choose to get a return voucher as the preferred refund type, please note that the returns card will be valid for 12 months.


AFTERPAY PURCHASES

As per Afterpay's policy, online orders purchased using Afterpay can only be returned to the online warehouse for a full refund back to your Afterpay account. Afterpay orders do not qualify for a return card and cannot be returned in-store or exchanged.


DAVID JONES

Purchases made at any David Jones Concession Store or David Jones Online must be returned to the original place of purchase in line with David Jones's returns policy. 

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe you have received faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, please get in touch with us. If the item was purchased in-store, we recommend heading back into the store for your garment(s) to be assessed. If the item was purchased online, please email info@perricutten.com.au with the details and photos, if available. If the item is deemed faulty upon inspection of the photos, we will arrange for free postage for the garment(s) to be returned to us. If you require more information about this process, please contact our Customer Service team.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders purchased online can be returned within 30 days of receipt by post to our online warehouse. Please complete the Returns Form that you received with your original purchase. If you no longer have the form, you can download it here to print it off.
