We partner with Refundid to make returns seamless. With Refundid, you can access Instant Refunds or Instant Exchanges, so you don’t need to wait up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
It's free to use Refundid. You'll just need to sign up to Refundid and go through a few steps to set up your account.
If you choose to sign up to Refundid to access Instant Refunds and Exchanges, please note that you'll be entering into contract with Refundid. Please ensure you've read Refundid's Terms and Conditions before doing so.
Yes, Refundid is free to use for all customers.
You'll have the option to subscribe to Refundid Plus at the time of sign up. Refundid Plus is a subscription service that enhances your returns experience for instant returns on the Refundid platform.
Benefits include free return insurance, carbon offsetting, extended time to ship, and ZERO decline fees.
Please note that subscription to Refundid Plus comes at a cost and is completely optional. You do not need to sign up to Refundid Plus to access Instant Refunds or Instant Exchanges.
1. Enter your order number and email address into our returns portal.
2. Choose the items you’d like to return and the return reason.
3. Choose whether you’d like to receive a return label that you can print off and affix to your parcel or if you’d like to ship the parcel with your own return label.
4. You’ll have the option to drop off the parcel at your Australia Post service point where you can pay for the label or have the return postage fee of $10 deducted from your refund.
5. Select Instant Refund.
6. Sign into your Refundid account or create a new account.
7. Receive your instant refund in your nominated bank account.
8. Download the return label and affix it to your parcel or use your own return label.
9. Send your item(s) back to us within 7 days.
When you create a Refundid account you’ll be prompted to provide your nominated bank account. Once your return has been lodged, you will receive your instant refund in the nominated bank account.
If you’d like to change your nominated bank account, please follow the instructions here.
Once you’ve lodged your return and signed into your Refundid account, you’ll receive your instant refund to your nominated bank account within 60 seconds.
If you no longer want to return your item(s) after you’ve received an instant refund from Refundid, please submit a request directly to Refundid.

11. Send your item(s) back to us within 7 days.
Unfortunately, we can only facilitate instant exchanges for a different size in the same style that you originally purchased.
If you’d like to purchase something different, please choose Instant Refund instead. You’ll receive an instant refund in your nominated account so you can purchase the desired item immediately after you receive your refund.

If you require your items quickly, please choose Instant Refund and repurchase the item(s) on our website, and choose Express delivery at checkout.
If your preferred size is out of stock, it will not appear as an option in the portal. You can still choose to return your item for an Instant Refund instead
A new order is created for your new item(s) soon as your Instant Exchange has been lodged and immediately enters our system to be dispatched to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to intercept this new order to cancel it once it has been created.
However, once you receive your exchange order you'll be able to lodge a new return via Refundid for an instant refund.

Yes! You don’t need to create a Refundid account if you’d like to submit a Standard Return for a refund. While Refundid facilitates the lodgement of the return, the return itself will be managed by us so please contact our Customer Service team if you have any questions regarding your return.
If you’d prefer not to create a Refundid account and return your order the traditional way, you can lodge your Standard Return for a refund using the Refundid portal. This will give us a heads up to expect your return and also allow us to track your return parcel.
The process is made easier for you as there’s an option for you to download a return label generated by us and the $10 return postage fee will simply be deducted from your refund once it’s been processed.
Please follow the instructions below to lodge a Standard Return:

Yes, if you change your mind about returning your item(s) and you haven’t posted the parcel back to us, please contact our Customer Service team so we’re able to cancel the lodgement from our system.
Once you have submitted your return, you’ll have 7 business days to get your parcel into the mail network. After you drop your parcel in the post box, Australia Post will pick it up and scan the parcel to initiate the delivery process back to us.
If there’s no evidence of the first scan within 7 business days, Refundid will reverse the Instant Refund that’s been deposited to your nominated bank and there'll be an additional charge of $5 as per Refundid's terms and conditions.
In the case of Instant Exchanges Refundid will recoup the cost of the exchange item(s) that have been sent to you.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to facilitate Instant Refunds if your original order was paid for using a gift card. Please choose Instant Exchange if you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or Standard Return for a return gift card to be issued to you.
You’re able to use Refundid if you paid for your original order, however please note that you’ll receive an instant refund from Refundid and if there are outstanding Afterpay instalments to be paid, these will continue to be deducted from your account the original payment can be settled.
If you'd like to access Instant Refunds or Instant Exchanges, a Refundid account needs to be created so you’re able to nominate the bank account that you’d like your Instant Refund to be deposited into.
Refundid will store some of your information in your account so you’re able to use Refundid again in the future seamlessly.
You’ll also be able to track existing return requests across all retailers you have returns lodged with through your account.
Please note that a Refundid account does not need to be created for Standard Returns for a refund.

Once you’ve lodged a return for an Instant Refund or Instant Exchange in our returns portal, the parcel must be posted back to our Online Warehouse and cannot be returned in-store.
If you’ve submitted a Standard Return for a refund through our returns portal but haven’t posted your item(s) yet and would prefer to return them in-store, please contact our Customer Service team. They’ll cancel your online return request so you can complete the return in-store, provided the item(s) meet our eligibility requirements.
