Online Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase, however if you're not completely satisfied you are able to return your item(s) for an exchanger or refund, within 14 days from receipt of your online purchase for Australian customers, or 21 days for customers from other countries. Please note that the cost of returns is at the customers expense, however we'll cover the cost of the exchange sent to you.
To be eligible for return, garments must be:
Full price and with its original tags and packaging. Garments must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged. Returned within 14 days of the purchase for Australia, 21 days of the purchase for all other countries. Perri Cutten will not accept damage or missing merchandise caused by unsecured postage satchels.
Markdown Items:
If the item is permanently marked down, you will be issued with a refund. You are able to exchange for change of size, if your desired size isn't available you will be issued with a refund.
Delivery
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
Domestic orders will be dispatched in 3-5 days working days on confirmation of you order, once your order is dispatched please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Express orders will be dispatched in 1-2 working days on confirmation of your order, once your order is dispatched please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
International orders will be received between 7 and 14 working days. Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive an email from Australia post with your tracking consignment number.
Deliveries will arrive between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
