Returns policy

Perri Cutten is happy to exchange or refund full priced items for “change on mind” within 14 days of receiving your package for Australian and New Zealand customers, or 21 days for other countries. All returns must be returned to the online store and will not be accepted in any Perri Cutten boutiques or Myer or David Jones stores. Merchandise purchased in Perri Cutten stores will not be accepted if returned via the online store.

To be eligible for return, all garments require;

  • To be of full price.
  • Merchandise must be in a saleable condition with tags intact.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged.                                               
  • The original receipt of your purchase included.
  • Returned within 14 days of the purchase for Australia, 21 days of the purchase for all other countries.
  • Returns form must be completed.
  • Please allow 14 working days for returns to be processed.
  • Perri Cutten will not accept damage or missing merchandise caused by unsecured postage satchels.

If you have purchased garments that have been marked down;

  • If the item is marked down, you will be issued with an online credit note.
  • You are able to exchange for change of size, if your desired size is not available you will be then issued with an online store credit to the same value of your return.

Returns procedure

Perri Cutten requires the following to be completed to successfully return your purchase;

  • Contact us via email to advise us of either a return or exchange.
  • Complete the returns form identifying whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange please provide the details of the replacement garment. 
  • Pack all merchandise with returns form, including original invoice into postage satchel.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once merchandise is returned within the allocated time frame it will be reviewed by Quality Control. Refunds will be made visible on the purchasing card within 5 business days. An email will be sent to verify this has been actioned. 

Perri Cutten cannot guarantee the availability of the requested exchange item, however we will endeavor to fulfill your request as best possible.

Outlet Products

There are no exchanges, credit notes or refunds on products purchased through the outlet store as these items are heavily reduced and limited in stock. 

Delivery Costs


Free shipping via regular post on over $299.

Orders below $299 incur a $10 flat rate.

Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $20 Australia wide.


International orders will be sent with eParcel international with shipping fees indicated in AUD $.

 *Please note that the cost of the garment and shipping does not include any duties or taxes payable at the destination country. Please familiarise yourself with the cost of duties and taxes before purchasing online as these will not be refunded by Perri Cutten.


Delivery info

For deliveries of online purchases Perri Cutten uses Australia Post eParcel. Please allow 5 working days for domestic deliveries and up to 14 days for international. We will endeavour to have your items sent to you as per our delivery time frame. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery process

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. 
Domestic orders will be dispatched in 3-5 days working days on confirmation of you order, once your order is dispatched please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Express orders will be dispatched in 1-2 working days on confirmation of your order, once your order is dispatched please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
International deliveries will be received between 7 and 14 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive an email from Australia post with your tracking consignment number.
Deliveries will arrive between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. 


Delivery during sale periods

Once your order has been received we will do our best to fulfill it as soon as possible.
Whilst we endeavour to fulfill all orders, please note some styles, sizes or colours may not be available at time of dispatch. If this is the case you will be notified.
Due to a high amount of orders being place during sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
If you require your order by a certain date, please email with your order number and date required.


Tracking your delivery

For tracking of deliveries visit on the home page under “track my item ‘ put in your tracking number which is emailed to you on dispatch.

Lost or damaged goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us  via within 7 working days of placing your order. 

Faulty Items

All items are inspected by Quality Control before made available for sale. If you believe your item is faulty please list this on the returns form once completing the returns procedure.  


Perri Cutten reserves the right to refuse order cancellation, if merchandise has been shipped. Perri Cutten can accommodate order cancellations if notified before merchandise is dispatched.
